What is Morff's service fee?
Morff charges the following service fee on all Invoices to both Freelancer and Client depending on the type of the project as mentioned below.

Retainer/Recurring Project | 10% | 10% |
1. Milestone/Item Based projects are projects with a specific project objective to be achieved in a specific duration. The project duration for these kind of projects are less than 2 months. Both Full-time freelancers and moonlighters are considered for this project depending on the scope and timelines.
2. Recurring/Retainer Projects are projects where client engage a freelancer on a monthly basis (either for fixed number of hrs/days/weeks). The Duration is typically more than 2 months. These projects do not have specific objective and the Freelancer is expected to work along with the client's team to take up various tasks. The Billing units is either hourly charges or fixed compensation for a month. Only Full-time freelancers are considered for these engagements as client requires to be available on a very quick notice.
Sourcing Full-time Freelance talent who can take up Recurring/Retainer projects is difficult. Hence, we charge service fee to the client as well. Also, Please note that Morff Service Fee to Freelancer and client is part of the over all project value. So, the Freelancer payout would be 80% of the over all monthly payment incase of Recurring/Retainer projects. Please check example below for clarification:
