SLA Projects- Delay

  • The monthly invoice amount (i.e, as per the mutually agreed minimum payable as per the agreement) should be paid by the client even if the client fails to provide any work during the agreement period.

  • Any Arrears in the current month would be billed along with the minimum payable amount in the next month payment collection and would be disbursed to the freelancer in the next disbursement cycle.
