How does Morff work?

How Morff works is, we have leads/businesses/clients who have design/development/content/marketing requirements. Based on the lead, we assess appropriate Freelancers and check if they would be interested in the lead. Let's say, if a freelancer is interested in a specific lead, we share their portfolio with the client. Once we share the portfolio and the lead is impressed and also shows interest in working with the freelancer, we will request a proposal from the Freelancer. We will then connect the freelancer directly with the client. They can gather more details of the project, budgets, timelines, iterations, milestone payments, deadlines. etc. which will help them create a final budget. The entire communication happens on Morff platform so that we have everything documented. If we need to intervene in any case, we would have everything documented to take a call as to what needs to be done, if a dispute arises. Morff takes a 10% fee of the total project cost from the Freelancers. No other hidden charges!
